LOLIN32 V1.0.0 is release!
Can the board sense the voltage level of the battery?
Will the schematics be released? Would be awesome if you can make them available.
When do you expect to have the next batch available?
Some info about the battery interface on lolin32:
Use google translate :)
So it looks like boards are back in stock, but no mention if these include v1 ESP silicon.
"Get started in arduino with LOLIN32" - still empty(?)
Hello @wemos !
Is it possible to measure and monitor the battery voltage to detect when it needs a recharge?
For instance the battery could be tied thru a divider to an analog pin. Such feature is available in M0 Bluefruit LE.
@msx Nothing stops you from adding a voltage divider and doing just that.
@wemos @msx @deshipu yea a divider is easy to add on an external board, that is how I also proceeded. But I think more important for the next version is to breakout the battery pin and LDO EN pin would be also very nice, like Adafruit did. I would love to hear your opinion and if there is any plans to update the board, would be epic if we can make a poll or something what to update ? If anyone is interested I am building sumorobots, using the lolin32.
Any idea why wemos lolin is no more available?
I can't find the LOLIN32 in the wemos store, anyone who knows why?
I see the ESP32 boards are back up. Bummed, when I decided to purchase one, they were out. I wound up getting a "DOIT" brand ESP32. Which does not have the battery connector. Why is the ESP32 lite version cheaper than the Wemos Mini Pro? Does the tin can on the top of the pro version help with radio interference? Are they both fcc certified or just the Pro? What would be the benefits of an onboard sd slot? Data logging? Curious... Why is there not an mpx antenna like the Mini Pro?
